Focused on organizations that generate $1M to $100M in revenue with a sales force of less than 10 people where the CEO/Owner is involved in managing the sales group. Robert also works with individuals that need help in working on issues that are preventing success. This service provides regular sessions either face to face or via phone with the sales group to counsel (manage their activity) them on developing action plans and goals and holding them accountable for making progress and closing more business. The initial approach involves a tremendous amount of inquiry and listening to the client to identify areas for improvement.
