If you have been following my posts, you know that I have written about providing an experience that people enjoy. Experience is critical to your business success, no matter what service/product you are providing or the type of business you are in.
Businesses spend a lot of money to attract new customers and when the potential new customer engages the experience they have on the phone, in your store, visiting your website, it will either delight them or disappoint them. There is recent data that says brands are as closely aligned to the Customer Experience (CX), as they are the actual product.
This information adds to what I have been sharing in the past and what I’ve worked with my clients on to improve their business. Is the Experience you are providing going to compel the customer to return or go elsewhere? Why wouldn’t you make sure the first experience is as good as it can be so that customer comes back to purchase more? The little things that you can make sure are in place can make all the difference. Is it professional, is it engaging, is it pleasant? If not, the customer has choices, and they will NOT return. Pay attention to the details from the time your customers come in contact until they check out and depart your business.
