If you are like most salespeople, you spend a lot of time trying to reach, get a response, and gain appointments with your prospects. Do you spend a lot of time chasing your prospects? If so, are you taking the right steps and positioning yourself to eliminate those situations where you have to have another meeting with the decision makers because your point of contact is not empowered. I suggest that you spend time upfront gaining information on who all the people are that are involved in a decision to buy. What is the process that your prospect uses in making decisions in buying this type of service or product? Is there an environment that you might create where you get all the interested and empowered parties together to experience your service or product? I have experience in helping companies and their sales people to accelerate the sale and spend less time chasing people and their schedules and get to the decision makers.
